Can you arrange self collection?
Yes. A VIP membership will be given upon completion of orders over 10 pieces (summer wear and bags only) or order amount exceeding S$200 in a single receipt. VIP members will enjoy 10% discount (not apply to promotion and discount items) with no minimum order requirement. Membership is for life. (Discount will start from 11th piece or next purchase after S$200 spending)
Do you operate wholesale business?
Yes. We do. Please contact us for further price discount if more than 10 pieces ordered in a single dealing. Our competitive wholesale price means you can run a competitive business and stay at cutting edge of fashion trend without going through all sorts of trouble to look for products by yourself. For wholesale, please email us with Product Code, size and quantity for a quotation. Postage and handling fee for wholesale are charged by weight of the package.
How long is the waiting period?
1, In stock items.
We will send out goods in 24 hours upon receiving payment from Sunday to Friday, if payment received fall on Saturday, goods will be sent out on following Monday. Estimated arrival in 3 working days in Singapore.
2, Pre-order items
Estimated waiting period is 1-2 weeks in Singapore. 3-4 weeks worldwide.
What to do if the ordered item run out of stock?
It may happen that the item is available when you place order while it run out of stock after payment made. Out of stock items may not be restocked due to fast product innovation or seasoning change, we will inform you through email to confirm this if it happens. You can choose replacement item with same amount (example, change different color / design / style), or if there is no replacement requested, we will credit this amount back to your account within 3 working days upon receiving your confirmation.
How can I know which item is in stock or pre-ordered?
We will mark "(I)" behind of the product code. The "(I)" stands for in stock. Example, T2010033002A (I).
We will mark "(P)" behind of the product code. The "(P)" stands for pre-ordered. Example, T2010033002A (P).
The stock status is also can be seen on product details page.
How to Pay?
1, First Option

3, Transferring via internet banking, (indicate your name in the "Initial" field if you do so)
4. After payment is made, please email or SMS the following information to us:

We enable secure online payment, we accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. You can choose any of the above to pay when you check out.
How much do I need to pay for the delivery charge?
1. Local Delivery (in Singapore):
Post by Registered Mail;
Fees payable: S$2.24
Postage charge is waived if over S$200 ordered in a singel receipt.
For registered mail, parcels will be sent to your door step. There is a tracking number to check if required.
2. For international shipping, postage cost will be different for different countries. Pls email us your order intention, country and location, we will check and advise the lowest shipping cost. Drop shipment could be arranged if this can lower the cost.
Can you arrange self collection?
Self-Collection can be made by appointment at:
a.Sembawang MRT Station;
b.Sunplaza or Sembawang Shopping Center
There is no handling fees but please don't check out through Paypal express. Kindly email us your orders (shopping cart page) and pay to OCBC account
